Price and time frame
When will my order be dispatched and delivered?
Orders are sent from our Auckland warehouse via the NZ Post network. It usually arrives within 1-3 working days from when the order is placed. The tracking information will be emailed to you after your item has been sent. However, in peak time or any other odd occasion where the courier network is stressed, it may take 5+ days to receive your item. Delivery to rural address may also take longer.
If you would like your order to be sent from our China warehouse to all over the world, please get in touch with us.
Please note, Pre-Order items only show an estimated shipping time frame, and an accurate ETA will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
NZ Domestic Courier Service and Delivery Times.
We use NZ Post as our courier service for most New Zealand customers' orders. Parcels delivered by NZ Post are sent using a standard overnight service.
Please note, the overnight service is only a target delivery time. Neither Smile Emart nor NZ Post could guarantee that.
The delivery times vary depending on the delivery address and product stock availability. Most in-stock products are dispatched the following day after the order is placed.
Oversized Delivery
We do door-to-door delivery for oversized products. Usually, it will take 2-3 days for us to process an oversize item order.
Do you ship internationally?
We deliver orders all around the world. All international orders are dispatched from our China warehouse. The delivery time frame varies depending on the stock availability and destination.
Please note, you are not able to select international address on our website. Our website servers NZ domestic customers only. For all worldwide shipment requirements, please fetch us an email along with the product name, quantity and destination address, and we can help.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees for parcels within 25kg and 0.125 m3:
- Auckland standard delivery fee: $6 per package.
- Auckland rural delivery fee: $12 per package
- From Auckland to Wellsford starts from $8 per package
- From Auckland to Dargaville and Whangarei starts from $10 per package
- From Auckland to Cambridge starts from $10 per package
- From Auckland to the rest of North Island: starts from $10 per package
- From Auckland to South Island: starts from $10 per package
* Rural address: there is $6 rural delivery add on for each parcel.
Oversize delivery fee:
Starts from $30 per delivery within 30km. Over 30 kilometres, we charge $1 per kilometre.
Delivery Issues and Solutions

You will need to include your order number and detailed information about the delivery issue you are experiencing.
In most cases, we may need to launch an investigation with the courier company to assist with resolving the delivery issues you are having. It usually takes 48 hours to get responding from them. Our team will do everything they can do to help resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
