How to place new orders and make payments

How do I place an Order?

Simply follow those steps to place your first order: 

Step 1. Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart using the “Add to cart” button on the product page.  

Step 2. Once you have added all the items you want to purchase, click on the shopping cart icon on the top.

Step 3. Click on the “View Cart” button to open your shopping cart if you need to make any adjustments to the quantity of the items you are purchasing. Or the “Checkout” button to go to the checkout page.  

Step 4. If you are on the cart page to adjust the quantity, change the quantity located next to the price, then click on the “Update cart” button.  

Step 4. Once you are ready, click on “Process to checkout.” 

Step 5. You can select or enter your delivery address information. If you live in Auckland, New Zealand, you can choose the Local pickup option and pick it up from our Auckland warehouse. 

Step 6. Once ready, select the payment method you want to use, read and agree to the website terms and conditions, and then click on the “Place Order” button.  

Step 7. You will be taken to the payment page. Follow the screen introduction to complete your payment.  

Step 8. Once payment is completed, your order is successfully placed with us, and you will receive an order confirmation email.  

The tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.  

How do I change my delivery address?

Fetch us an email with your order number and correct shipping address. We can update for youOur email address: [email protected] 

How do I track my order?

The tracking information will be emailed to you. You can check your shipping status by clicking the URL that we emailed you. Or you can log into your account and check the shipping under your order.  

Payment Methods

We accept ApplePay, Google Pay, Visa, Master, POLi(account to account) and bank transfer.  

Please note, we do not keep any of your credit card or account information on file.
